I just watched the last back half of this season.
WOOOOO. I take it all back. Amazing. I watched those episodes twice in the last 12 hours. Really took me back to being a kid. _________________ KOBE |

Rewatched both. Real close to Star Wars. I enjoyed them. As mentioned, dialogue wasn't a precedence. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

I do have a question. SPOILER ALERT
Boba Fett was eaten by a Sarlac so how was his armor passed on? |

The sarlacc spit him out.

Quote: | Fett survived his fall into the sarlacc, though he was quickly separated from his armor, which was found by Jawas and later acquired by the Tatooinian sheriff Cobb Vanth.[43][44] At some point Fett acquired a gaderffii stick and cycler rifle.[11] Though a number of rumors about his fate circulated, Fett was presumed dead due to his fall into the sarlacc pit.[45] |

Finally finished the season about an hour ago. I’m still buzzing. That was frigging incredible. I felt like a kid again. This was just like the Vader scene in Rogue One where previously we never got to see Vader being an utter badass on the big screen until then. This was Luke’s utter badass moment. Then if it wasn’t perfect enough, R2 comes rolling in. Me and my wife went crazy. Then the Boba Fett stuff on top of it. Jon Favreau saved my damn childhood in one season. I loved it. |

Just caught up with this. Think they had a nice thing there and blew it a little at the end there, though I suppose IP synergy was always inevitable. _________________ 14-5-3-12 |

The show is enjoyable but the writing in so wooden. Painfully bad at times. Also I think they could do a lot better with the fight scenes. It's like watching a battle from the revolutionary war where everyone just stands in the open and shoots at each other with no sense of danger at all. |

I've just come to terms with the fact that this is the style/motif they're going for. _________________ KOBE |

A lot of the fight choreography is bizarrely slow. I imagine it’s difficult to move in those costumes but you can speed things up with the edit and I’m always surprised when they don’t. _________________ 14-5-3-12 |

Honestly? It was such an enjoyable show that got my inner Star Wars geek excited I could care less. I loved this show, thought it was very well done, and so did my wife and Grandma (neither of whom are Star Wars fans).
One of my favorite themes was the fact here was a guy who lived by a creed which included never removing his helm. But he loved Grogu, so on two occasions - one forced by circumstances, and once because Grogu wanted him to before saying good bye - he removed his helmet.
That's just one part of it. Overall was very pleased by the show. Looking forward to next season, and of course Kenobi series! |

Got herself fired from one of the biggest shows on TV and the spin-off where she was going to be one of the main characters and her agency because she couldn’t stop posting stupid crap on social media. I’m sure she’s not the only person in Hollywood with these views, but at least most of them are smart enough not to tweet themselves out of a career because of it. |

Should've been fired long ago for bad acting. So cringe since her 1st appearance in the 1st season. _________________

It would be hard to find a person who has been blessed with more good fortune than Gina Carano. She made the leap from MMA fighter to successful actress, despite truly being one of the worst actors I’ve ever seen. She found herself on the biggest hit show, again, despite having zero talent on screen. Then she threw it all away. Shows how sick that ideology is. What a dope. _________________ 14-5-3-12 |

She's a complete idiot. From what I'm reading, Favreau really went to bat for her because Disney was going to fire her this summer. Pedro Pascal also defended her. They must feel really burned, and her career is 100% over. |

She has that family casino money to fall back on I guess. She'll probably end up a pundit on Foxnews, OANN and Newsmax, doing a podcast about what a victim she is and working on some project with Ben Shapiro. |

Yes, there is ash falling from the skies as our concentration camps are working overtime to gas and burn starving republicans and their children after yanking the gold fillings from their mouths. |

Really heartwarming how it happened too:
Quote: | The Mandalorian star posted a photo of Lux's cover for the Spanish-language Ya magazine, where she opened up about her transition for the first time. In the caption, Pascal, 45, gave all his love to Lux, 28.
"Mi hermana, mi corazón, nuestra Lux," Pascal wrote in his native Spanish, which translates to, "my sister, my heart, our Lux."
[...]
As for her famous brother, Lux said Pascal "has been an important part of this. He's also an artist and has served as a guide for me. He was one of the first people to gift me the tools that started shaping my identity."
When she came out to him as trans over FaceTime, she said he "asked me how I felt, because I remember he was a little worried." After Lux said she was happy, the actor quickly congratulated her.
"Perfect, this is incredible," Lux recalled Pascal saying to her.

The whole concept of MAGA is useless unless you’re rubbing it in someone’s face (provided you are in a crowd of supporters). That’s its allure, the freedom to revel in your worst self in public. _________________ “We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim.
