Good to see another win. VERY anticlimactic 4th quarter, game was not nearly as close as the score, and the score wasn't that close.

Really like how the defense ramped up early on.

If Kuz went 1-8 like THT tonight, he’d be booted off twitter by Lakers fans

I would agree.

No kidding, Kuz actually got a double double

Twitter saying the Rockets feed was really impressed with the Lakers and said it might be a lost cause for the rest of the league lol.

Nothing guaranteed though...we have the roster, but injuries and respect the game.

These last 2 games have been Impressive regardless of what kind of state of mind the Rockets are in, the game against the Bucks will be a nice test, Sixers are coming up soon as well so we will know where we at.

Kuz has also had 3 more years of show casing what he can and can not do, so not really the best comparison.

Really?? He hasn't even done enough here to be liked or disliked

(I liked him for GSW)

I don't dislike him. He just doesn't seem like he's a part of this team

Oh I see what you mean. Yeah he isn't really a part of the team yet. I wonder if he'll stick or????

Rockets have guys that can score. Between them being a bit cold and the Lakers defensive intensity, in 2 games the Lakers took it to them. Maybe just 2 bad games for the Rockets, but I think quite a bit of it was the Lakers just playing intense D.

I watched their feed in the previous game and they were very complimentary. They talked about how deep the team was. They talked about how they used to have Harrel, and really loved his game and who he is as a person. They talked about how good THT has looked, and how good the Lakers defense is. They basically called Lebron the GOAT.

It was very nice to hear the praise from an outside source, and to hear about Harrel like that.

Vogel could use a page from the Zen Master. Let the subs win or lose on their own. Let 'em know the calvary won't be coming into save you. Play clean solid ball. Work it out yourselves. Grow.

The things we ask @AntDavis23 do is unlike any other player in this league..Some teams have Schemes! He is the Scheme! Stats doesn’t always show it. Like a shutdown corner in the NFL not having a lot of INTs! Don’t look at just Blocks or Steals, please look at the Film 🙏🏽

LeBron, on the Lakers' improved defense of late.

Frank Vogel says Anthony Davis jammed his toe tonight, so he's listed as questionable for OKC. X-rays were negative.

Translation: Might be a scheduled load management game for AD tomorrow.

I would think every team knows the Lakers are going to waltz through the playoffs again this year. There has never been a team this far ahead of everyone else. It was obvious last year and they’re even better this year.

Not a bad choice since OKC isn’t exactly a powerhouse

The Lakers did that every game in the Russell/Randle/Clarkson years. Stu hates it now but I don’t remember him ever commenting on it then.

LOL, to avoid any fines. He was beasting, no issues. Definitely a "load management" excuse as far as I'm concerned.

All good. Although he HAS been the primary tone setter for defense the past 2 games, so will be interesting to see who takes that role up.

Strange feeling isnt it? Last year we'd be sweating bullets here in the forums if AD and LBJ were off the court. Now? It's like, ok, let's see how our guys do.

Lebron is having so much fun not having to carry the entire offense. It was definitely needed, Pelinka did a masterful job with the roster makeover to alleviate the offensive pressure on LBJ and AD.

Last season, if LBJ and AD didn’t combine for close to 60 we were in trouble or in a grind it out with defense situation.
