Awesome news. Wonder who McVay goes with if the Wolf is ok.
Now hook me up with some good news about AD and Kupp, BJ. _________________ The butter's hard and the eggs are chillin' in the dark.

If Wolf can go I'd still roll with him.
Goff was his usual horrible self today. Other than his roll out to Akers - only significant play from Jared this game.
I do give him credit for playing with a broken thumb and not turning it over. Glad he didn't suck too much. _________________ The butter's hard and the eggs are chillin' in the dark.

Even if Wolford can't go next week, it's enough to know that the injury isn't serious. |

All indications are nothing major for #Rams WR Cooper Kupp. Knee contusion. Should be fine. |

Goff's pocket awareness is complete garbage.
But a gritty win. I'll take it. But the defense is going to need some help. _________________ "Dread it, run from it... destiny arrives all the same." |

Congrats guys. The Rams were clearly the better team on the field today despite the injury adversities.

Goff's contract is basically immovable for the next two seasons after this one, and they are up against the cap so it's not like they can bring in any QB making any type of significant money. So the only hope would be to draft a QB who can somehow compete. And they don't have a 1st Round pick, of course.
His contract has massive cap hits until 2023. If they were to move on after 2022, his dead cap hit for 2023 would be a manageable $8.6MM. (It would be a $30.9MM dead cap hit for '22, if anyone was wondering, and don't even ask about what it would be for '21 lol.) |

I expect Goff to start next week, but its obvious this team will only go as far as its defense takes them. |

I do think Wentz would be a better fit for McVay's scheme due to his mobility, but, simply put, he's been awful for the better part of the last two seasons (and certainly this past season). |

I think people here remember Wentz from two or three seasons ago. He has really regressed; he looks awful. |

He looks nothing like the player that led the Eagles to a playoff berth which led to the Super Bowl. He needs a new environment to start over I don't think that would be the Rams though. |

It really is such a shame that the Rams QB situation is so unsettled. The rest of the team, led by the defense, is clearly good enough to have a serious chance to win a championship. As it is now, they are going to need to get lucky and have the defense essentially play 3 more perfect games.
I'll also say this: if the Rams really slow down the Green Bay offense, even if it's in a loss, they stand a good chance to lose Staley. |

Seems like a lot of unhappy players in league. Maybe a team trades their qb for Goff. I know Watson isn’t happy |

Goff was not that bad yesterday considering the circumstances. He had surgery on his right thumb just 10 days ago. I give him credit for gutting it out. He had no turnovers in the game. Through a TD to Woods. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |
