All and all, I still feel good about game 6. I suggested earlier that the entire Laker role players playing great in game 4 was a bad thing, because those guys are not good enough, collectively, to have two good games in a row. So, they had their bad game tonight. At least one of them will play good enough Sunday.

Sounds like you expect the Lakers to lose next game.
No I expect to win. I'm pointing our your logical fallacy and failure to understand statistics. _________________ Don't let perfect be the enemy of good

I expect it to be similar to tonights game. They have the momentum right now.
Hey just wanted to remind everyone Danny Green is GARBAGE and he is on the books again for next season for $15m. Oh and remember, he was our BIG SIGNING in the year we basically had a max deal to offer with players like DeAngelo, Jimmy B, Kemba etc were all available. But so happy we settled for DG, Cook, McGee.
Called it when they signed him. A glorified bum just happened to be a part of 2 championship teams.
Green is primarily a defender who may or may not hit the outside shot. He isn't known to be a shooter. Vogel fk'd up by putting him in an outlet position, knowing he has one of the worst 3 point % on the Laker team. We didn't need him out there because we were not on defense. We should have had our best 3 point shooters out there with Lebron and AD. I would have had the hobbled AD up top, KCP in the corner, Caruso, and Dudley or Cook. Yes, Dudley or Cook. They would have had no pressure on them. And they are both good 3 point shooters.
This is why I say Vogel's coaching is too routine and not flexible.
D. Green 3-8
Morris 0-2
Kuz 3-10
Rondo 1-7
Caruso 1-3
KCP not involved, due to Vogel's shtty coaching
AD hurt
So again, tell me why Lebron is passing the ball on the last play?
kcp took 15 shots to get 16 points. Why was he "not involved" when he had as many shots this game as AD?
The Lakers looked bad, and subsequently lost. The Heat looked amazing and won by basically one point. The sky isn't falling yet.
Theseus...if there is a silver lining from this frustrating loss it's this.
For 3 games now the Heat have played high quality basketball. They are extremely well disciplined. They dont turn over the ball much. They have, IMO (havent seen stats) been the team best at slowing down the Lakers transition game and forcing half court. They remind of Jerry Sloan coached teams (Jazz) - they play at a steady, high level, for 48 minutes. Here I would say likely at a B+ level (and maybe a tad higher) for pretty much 48 minutes.
Lakers, on the other hand, for 3 straight games have had some horrific moments, and dominant moments. There have been stretches they play at A or even A+, imposing their will. Then there have been stretches of G league type play or worse, alot of times with unforced errors (our guys stepping out of bounds, throwing a ball to folks not there, etc). Tonight was a perfect example of that - have you ever seen, in the FINALS, a team give up 14 points to the opponent in 3 of their opponent's trips down the floor in a span of, what, 5 minutes? That stuff happens when your kids play, not in pro basketball. And the last 16 seconds of the game, oi vey.
I feel like their intensity and execution just needs to be consistent for 48 minutes. If they do, it will be a battle, but I feel they win.

Kobe would have done this...Jordan would have done that...Ya’ll don’t know what they would have done in that situation because you aren’t them. We can all talk trash but when it comes down to it none of us had the talent to play in the NBA so all this arguing and putting ourselves in their shoes aint doing nothing. We can still win this on Sunday.

Up by 1 with 16 seconds left...yep, the champion wins those moments.
Lakers whiffed on both ends with the game in the balance, some of the most embarrassing play for me as a Laker fan to see with the game on the line.
Morris getting the offensive rebound and then throwing the ball out of bounds was legendary. JR Smith dribbling the clock out legendary. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

Anyone who said LeBron should have taken the last shot is a fool.
Lebrons never been that guy. He’s always had that clutch shooter. If ad wasn’t hurting they probably would’ve ran a play for him.
So you just follow media narratives? LeBron is literally the most clutch player by actual stats, but keep listening to ESPN garbage. I guess Jordan wasn't the guy when he passed to Kerr right? _________________ The most important shot in basketball.
I wish Lebron had just said (bleep) it at the end and pulled up
There was no way they were going to let him drive, the minute he went to the hole our fate was sealed with a brick from Green or KCP because you knew Spo would double. He knows Lebron will always make that pass.

If we could have gotten anything from Karen Kuzma other than bonehead fouls and ridiculous misses we win by 7-8.
That dude has regressed so much since he came into the league. _________________ "WEARESUCK"

And that guy was our “major trade chip” this offseason to try to get some piece to pair with AD for the future. Hahahah we would not even bring back a legit back up center at this point, forget a starter or a package for Buddy or Dennis S or LaVine. Maybe Knox from the Knicks is the best we could get for him. Or a legit salary dump situation by pairing him with another horrible player in DG. But those two legitimately bring back NOTHING of real value. We would have been so much better off signing Melo this offseason and trading Kuz when he actually had value and people thought we was worth a (bleep). Give me Ball back and Kuz to NO

It's kinda sad watching him play. I remember when he was a rookie he felt the lakers were his team. You could see it. He defers so much now, he just looks like a dude running around at the Y not knowing his role.
I do believe if given the opportunity to be a focal point he would be ok again to some degree.
He just does not fit in with this team at all. _________________ "WEARESUCK"
Our best shooting Laker cannot be drawing any defense with the intent on passing. You think Michael Jordan would want to draw and pass during the final seconds of a close out game? You think Kobe would have done that? Come on, man.

Wait what? Don't the Lakers have the best bench in the playoffs?
