You missed a frustrating comeback...they actually led by 2 with about 9 minutes to play then...

Fell apart with stupid turnovers, and crap defense.

I understand you don’t want to double JB to get their shooters going, but JB was on fire like that, why not take some chances and let them make the 3s

That was a very weird incident and will cause a lot of unnecessary analysis between now and game 4.

What happened? I must have missed that.

IF they do it will be silly. LBJ walks off the floor early all the time, even when the team is ahead

I guess it was more than just LeBron. I wasn't paying attention b/c I was texting folks but I heard Breen say they had to call people back because there had to be 5 players on the floor to close out the game. ??? Not sure what we were doing....

Honestly I must not have been paying attention either. I thought people were just complaining about LeBron. Yeah, that's not a good look. Kind of feeds Jimmy saying they are in trouble. Oh well

Hard game to watch. Way too many fouls. I felt like people were always at the line or giving up plays. Do they want defense to be played or not? I feel like the NBA needs to get it together. Call contact or don't. Don't switch it up one game to the next. Basketball is a rhythm game.

I had to run errands and missed the last 6 minutes. What happened?

The Heat took the 24 second violation and the Lakers had to throw the ball in for the final second. A bunch of Lakers had already walked off the court and they didn’t have 5 guys so the game was delayed.

Thanks. Hopefully they are just pissed.

Jimmy is just blah blah blah. He also promised a game 2 victory. He is trying to play head games.

LeBron was unrecognizable in this game. Really weird. He looked so gassed. I agree, why didnt we use Dwight in the 4th?

The on switch shorted out. The Lakers didn't play with any urgency. They sleepwalked for 48. It was a disappointing effort. If they bring the same energy to game 5 against a Heat team that's been given some confidence it's going to be tough sledding.

I don't know why people keep asking this.

Heat are playing small with 5 shooters. He's not going to help space the floor and the Lakers desperately needed shooting to get back into the game.

I get that, but from what I've seen we needed interior presence, defense, and energy.

I don't care who they are playing.

Bully them with size.

Not playing Dwight and playing a rusty JR Smith instead? Bad call.

And leave their shooters open?

Lakers are suffering the same problem that they did with the Houston Rockets.

Lakers need shooting.

They're doubling James and Davis and forcing the Lakers to hit wide open shots and KCP and Green are shooting such a low percentage.

If they start respecting Lakers shooters, then AD and James will have more room to operate.

Maybe they should play Howard and AD at the same time, along with James.

That might create some better offensive spacing, if AD plays out of the paint on offense.

Lakers got cocky and now the Heat will make it a dog fight with Bam and/or Dragic potentially coming back.

Let both of them play

A hobbled Dragic and Bam doesn't space the floor nearly as much as Leonard and Kelly.

Lakers will have better rim protection because they're all over the place trying to rotate over to Miami's shooters on the perimeter.

KCP due for a good shooting game. He’s had b2b bad games. Wouldn’t surprise me if in game 4 he starts knocking down 3’s

League didn't want a sweep is what happened. Time to make AD play with foul trouble.

Then the Lakers acquiesced by shooting terribly and turning the ball over a lot. To be fair, when they practiced they probably thought Anthony Davis would be playing.

Disappointing!!!!

Piss poor effort on defense. Settled for 42 threes again and 19 turnovers.

Lakers will be in trouble if they let Butler be the best player on the fooor again.

Look for better from the team in Game 4.

4-1 it is then. 4-0 would have been nice but I guess we stick to the theme of 4-1. Lakers were bored and flat. They'll wake up next game and close it out. I remember how Murray went off in game 2 then next game the Lakers adjusted and shut him down. Jimmy Buttwhole will get the same treatment.
