Wake up, cry. Go to sleep, while crying.

I've been pretty rigid with this for these past few months now.

I picked up intermittent fasting during covid and it's help me a lot. I have more mental clarity. I picked up some organizational skills too. My house is not as cluttered as before. I've picked up learning some difficult yoga poses. Picked up learning Spanish. Learned new recipes.

Other than that I work too from home but it's much more Zen.

What do you do for exercise besides yoga?

Yeah. And I wouldn’t go to one anyway... Seems like a bad idea.

I've been quarantining (sp?) since about late March, with my 75-year-old mother. I've only gone out--into the infected world--twice: bank and ice cream run.

Since I haven't worked in a very long time, I watch TV, get online, eat, walk in my yard (it's a big yard), and text my sister and brother.

The Web and TV are very useful to me.

LOL!

I'm working more now than I was when I went into the office.

Weekends are for drinking although I have cut back over the last couple of weekends. Because I'm working so much, I need to be sharper and the booze slows me down.

I'll tell you what I'm not doing....sleeping. I pretty much wake up every night at 3:30 and toss and turn until 5:30. If I'm lucky, I can doze off from 5:30 to 7.

Breakfast around 8:00 am. Shower. Plan, season and set aside evening meal. Light exercise. TV, CNN, MSNBC,CSPAN. Price Is Right, Young and Restless, Western Channel. Online Card Games All Day LG. Around 6:00 pm cook dinner. Dinner around 7:00 PM. Then whatever makes my boat float. Bed time varies, sometimes early, sometimes very late. Rinse and Repeat.
