Lakers lost this game on purpose. Keep the Grizzlies on the 8th spot, test some weird lineups, do some in-game load management

They don’t have enough to hang on. Morant and Brooks will basically have to average 50 a night with JJJ and Clarke out. They just outworked a sleeping Lakers team.

If they do, then I believe we gave tonight’s game to keep mem in the 8th spot

Not bad but I can't stand watching AC get buried for trash Rondo.

Entire team right now a - in the +/-

The headscratcher for me is seeing Rondo get so many minutes (I know Grene out, why not let cook get some play?). His stat line tonight so far: 25 minutes, 1 rebound, 4 assist, 2 points

He's no defensive guy anymore sooo...exactly what he give tonight?

It definitely gave Memphis and it's fans some hope because they were falling fast.

What makes people think the Grizzles will be a easy out in the playoffs? They just blew us out with multiple key players not playing.

We'll that was a nice 2 minutes.

They decided to take a collective dump on the floor. It was coming. Their attention span lasts about 7 games, more than that if we're lucky. Attitude wasn't there. That's more telling than them merely having a bad game. Everyone looked slow and listless. Bizarro rotations. Maybe we're trying to help the Grizz hold that 8th spot. That theory is dependent on them kicking butt tomorrow, but I refuse to bet on this team. Nothing is certain with these guys and the coaches. Everything is a maybe, probably, etc etc. That's my rant. Feel tired already, gonna hit the sack. Lakers put me to sleep at 7.

Better make up for this performance vs Milwaukee and the Clippers.

I'm going to have to agree with JerryWest on this one. They cannot "keep" Memphis at 8. They have no control over what MEM will or will not do for the rest of the season. We played poorly and lost.
