That wasn't his first brush with an aviation disaster. He and Elizabeth Taylor were supposed to board a plane that ended up crashing and killing her husband in 1958. When you think about how he made it to 103, you gotta account for good luck as well.

Interestingly, they are showing pieces of a recent interview with Kirk where he is giving a tour of his home. He has a walkway made with stepping stones with his friends signatures in them . . . first one, Nathalie Wood . . .
