"The best way if you want to honor Kobe, and we talked about this even on Sunday, is to go win," Rivers said before his team faced the Sacramento Kings. "Not just win tonight, but win it."

Anyone else (bleep) hate this guy? It's not enough that this bum had to cover up banners that Kobe hung up in Staples (and his jerseys), but, now, he wants to tie the Clippers legacy to Kobe? (bleep) off

I didn't like it, but after thinking about it some more, I don't have a problem with it. The Lakers know they'll have to go through the Clippers to win it all. That won't be an easy task, but I think our team is up to the challenge.

He's just trying to use anything he can to motivate his players and sometimes it falls flat like this comment did. I can't see anyone on Clippers trying to win a championship to honor Kobe.

It's cheesy because, yeah, the only ones who could do it for Kobe are the Lakers. But after seeing his sincere reaction on Sunday, I can't hate on the guy.

George would do it.
I can see him more bonded to Kobe than many current Lakers players
