every lose this year (Clippers/Raptors/Mavs/ and now Pacers) has made me stay calm unlike the last few years because the team is gonna bounce
back, also I’m fine with this lose because the stupid Warriors 73-9 talk can now go away.

Yeah that's right. Finally. No way we're going to lose that many games.

Well, FWIW, if we only have had Kuz, We win by a dozen. Sabonis destroy Dudley, just saying...

Lakers win this one with AD.

I still go back to optics. Is supporting cast 3-10 good enough? I’m still not confident and yes shooting is part of it. The clippers beat the Pacers comfortably without Kawhi.

The shooting is still a question mark, just not consistent.

Free throws are going to be an issue in the playoffs, specifically with Lebron as he will be playing heavy minutes.

Lebron also struggled with Brogdon late too. He has trouble getting past those type of defenders so he is going to have to call for the AD PnR or start posting up more and work from the post.

I agree but a championship caliber team should've beat this Eastern Pacers team without their 2nd best player -- we need one more piece.

I'd say this is a reasonable loss. It's been a long road trip, we're missing Davis, Kuzma, and the other team played their hearts out.

It's okay to lose sometimes, guys. We only have four losses. We are still the best team in the league.

Sabonis looked like a superstar big and we still had a chance to win.... even with LeBron stinking up the joint.

Yes and let’s not forget the Lakers shooting has been stone cold for the last 2 games. As Lebron said “we can’t throw a quarter on the ocean”

Exactly. Best part is when people start doing the connect the dots game. Trying to find an explanation.

This game came down to a handful of possessions and we were short staffed. That’s how you want to lose, since you are going to lose.

We played great without AD..Like we should have won this game even without AD and Lebron playing like ass after the 1Q..We hit those ft's in the 4Q and it's a W. This team is good. But im with others who wrote that if AD is out against Bucks rest Lebron aswell.

If we lost by 30 today, nobody would care much, but the fact we had the game in the bag and choked it away with bad FTs and crooked refs are frustrating

Kuzma isn’t a good defender but the difference between Dudley and Kuzma is that Kuzma would let you have 25 but also score 19.. Dudley only had 3 today.

Again it's obvious we win with AD but this loss IMHO shows we need another key player to be championship team -- is it Kuz? or do we get another piece?

Kuz aint it chief..I heard rumours a month ago about Schroeder coming here..Remember that game where lebron was talking to Schroeder after the OKC game for an extended period. Im telling you this might be it. If Schroeder comes that gives us a creator who can score and pass. His contract is a decent amount though so it comes down to what are we willing to give for him?

OKC would just hang up since we can’t offer any draft picks

I think this was more of an off night. Certainly the FT shooting was an aberration, not an indication of the quality of this present squad. I'd say the 3 pt shooting was an aberration as well.

Would absolutely love Dennis Schroeder on this team, he very well might be the guy who can be our consistent 3rd scorer.

We should've been able to pull away but with the current squad minus AD just couldn't pull away -- another key piece gets us there.

We had a bad night; it happens.

Now let's regroup and demolish the Bucks in Milwaukee!

But, but, but, you see, the Clippers beat the same Pacers team without Leonard, and thus we absolutely should have beaten the Pacers without AD. And since we didn't, the Clippers are better. It's a failed season.

Lebron let the team down. Too many contested, late shot clock, fadeaway threes and missed free throws down the stretch. I expect much better on Thursday.
