Game was blacked out for me, unfortunately. Looking forward to watching the highlights, looks like AD especially had a huge game.

Great win for the good guys!

Just the thought of the "young core" makes me gag

I first thought we were wrecking our young core and didn't like it. It turns out we made a great trade. One thing I wish we'd done different in the trade would be to have traded Kuz instead of BI.

If you’re in LA the game is blackout on League Pass. They want fans to watch the local broadcast.

Not only do I not necessarily want to watch the local broadcast - I used to enjoy switching it up sometimes - Not Everyone In LA Gets Spectrum SportsNet. I just referred a friend to Hehe because his service dropped SSN and the national games incl LP are blacked out. The situation is ABSURD. But please - NBA - cry moar about viewership being down.

Same. Feels like a loss. Hope I’m wrong.

Agree. This is a revenge game for them. When we beat them at Staples, they were on the back end of a back to back. I’m sure they will be quite anxious to show how they can play at home with a little rest.

But, of course, I’ll be ecstatic to be proven wrong.

TF do I know?

I’m ecstatic!

NBA report said that the refs missed two calls in the last two minutes on Butler. One should have been FTs and the ball back and one should have been 3 FTs.

Pure BS. Butler fouled LeBron.

Nba is such a joke. The butler-lebron foul was 50/50 they rarely call that an offensive foul but to say that AD fouled butler when butler kicked his legs out is ridiculous because that is called an offensive foul 90% of the time.

Don't get me started on League Pass, I have had it every year since 2011 and these past 2 years they black out all Grizzlies games on LP. I live in St. Louis, they are trying to tell me I have their local RSN and I don't. I literally bought a VPN on my phone for the entire season just to trick the app to let me watch the 4 games they play each other a season.

Onto this game, great gutsy win. I just have this feeling they view this upcoming MIL and LAC game as a measuring stick. I wouldn't put it past them out hustling both squads and taking both.

Not quite. Both were in the last 4 seconds. If the 1st one is called, Butler gets ONE FT and it's side out of bounds for MIA, and the 2nd call is immaterial. They also missed Danny Green's double dribble (which I saw).

Go figure - the Lakers got some referree love on the road.

Correct, it's only one FT because the ball wasn't yet inbounded, all other away-from-the-play fouls are 2 FTs and the ball.

Looked to me like Butler charged LBJ or no call. Also looked like he kicked his feet out and flopped. At least that's what I saw and I am VERY biased lol.

LeBron was late to the spot. I didn't see a foul on the 3 point attempt.

And he still ran him over and pushed off. Every analyst who has looked at the replay mentions that it easily could have been called an offensive foul. Even with the benefit of reviewing the play, it's still not clear cut. Good no call tbh.

Now, everyone who is pleased with the non-calls in the crucial moments of this game, needs to keep that same energy when some non-calls or calls, go against the Lakers in the future. Us Lakers fans are as quick as any around the league to blame the refs for losses.
