Lakers will lose a few games ... then Lebron will go on a tear and the Lakers win a lot of games, maybe even have a top 4-ish record in the West... and then Lebron will go tear something, literally.
We've had one hiccup here (Raptors), but so far so good.
I think our best wins were against the Utah Jazz and the Miami Heat. Unfortunately, both those games had the opponent on the tail end of a back to back.
Obviously our 2 losses are against the Dippers and the Raptors. The silver lining is that those 2 teams are currently looked upon as legit teams, although it was disappointing to lose to a Raptors team that was missing key players.
Looking at the schedule, our most difficult stretch is probably the back to back set @Nuggets and @Jazz on the 3rd and 4th of December.
vs Oklahoma City
@ Oklahoma City
@ Memphis
@ San Antonio
@ New Orleans
vs Washington
I'm thinking 5-1, we can go 6-0 but I think we''l drop at least one.
16-3 is still better than what most expected.
Then it's december :
vs Dallas
@Denver
@Utah
@Portland
vs Minnesota
@Orlando
@Miami
@Atlanta
@Indiana
@Milwaukee
vs Denver
vs Clippers
@Portland
vs Dallas
I say 8-6
24-9 after december would be amazing (in pace for a 60 wins season)...

The next 6 are deceptively tough, especially without Avery. _________________ It was reminiscent of one of those Most Interesting Man in the World advertisements: "I don't always shoot 6-for-28 from the field, but when I do, I become the youngest player in league history to score 28,000 career points."

I see Dallas getting us this time and Clippers thinking its game 7 again. Unfortunately I dont think we'll win regular season games vs Clippers because of how much it means to them lol. _________________ I love my Lakies
At this point, any loss would be an upset.
Only understandable ones would be the road games B2B with Utah and Denver, @Bucks and game against Clippers if refs are calling the game close where we can't defend without fouling.
Miami and Pacers are pretty good teams, so is Dallas, Wolves are solid, Magic is playing better, and I won't even talk about how bad we always seem to play @ Portland (8W-28L in the last 20 years)...

It would make sense that we had either tight games with, or lost to the Raptors, Bulls (had to make a huge comeback) and Suns (won late in the game).
If healthy, we might pull a double digit winning streak. But there's bound to be some hiccups. So fun right now
Also some of these teams have a stretch 5 which I think also makes it difficult for Lakers as it pulls McGee and Dwight out of the paint. Negotiating our interior defense.
