| Both Stockton and Hearns had to be signed and waived. The only place they can play now is with South Bay. |

It gives them first right of refusal for the g league.
It's a loophole that takes them off the draft board. |

PLUS they earn a grand or two-a-day when they are listed on the training camp roster. Nice reward for the G-League guys to earn extra money & experience.
