I thank her for sharing her beautiful prose and heart

I don't know what my talent is but I feel I am still alive to share something much greater than my past. I've survived 3 head on car crashes and multiple other accidents

Can any of us think of something bigger we could be doing to leave a mark of substance humanity? Just a thought.. doesn't have to be written here.

Good to see/hear both of you, ap and Gtr.

Yes, as Omar said, this is a huge loss. It's a shame that I didn't think Jonathan Demme did a good job bringing Beloved to the screen, but that doesn't take away--at all--from Morrison's work there. And that was just one specific piece of work.

What a talent. RIP.
