Inexplicable events suddenly impair the team and by the time the playoffs roll around, the team realizes ubuntu is just an anagram for n’buuut...[insert starting five or load mgmt excuse] as they go on to raise yet another div banner. |

They look formidable.
But again, unlike the Lakers, they have the benefit of:
1. same coach/system (huge)
2. same supporting core of Lou/Bev/Trez/Sham/Zub (while we are still figuring things out).
It's like racing two cars: Clips have their car warmed up and ready to go; Lakers just turned on the engine and it was 20 degrees last night.

Welp, after manhandling the Lakers and the Warriors, true Clipper fans (all 678 of them) certainly have reason to go invest in Clipper hats and t-shirts.
But just as "everybody" was ready to hand last years Larry O'Brien trophy to the Warriors in October-2018, they will be the first to point out..
That's it's a long season....
