Paula Newsome (Det Moss) got snuffed. She sniffed Barry out so she had to go.

NoHo Hank's now the boss. He doesn't have a ruthless character personality. How will he handle running the show?

Barry saying "starting now" seems to mean he's going to try to be a good guy. I don't think he can. How will the writers handle that?

I think season 2 will be the old trope of the main "trying to be something they want to be but realizing that they are who they are".

I don't care if it gets predictable though, Barry, Noho Hank, Fonz and the Bolivian guy are all great.

Also at building the stocks in front of Fuches.

Awesome finale.

Love how Barry's desire to leave the business and go straight is causing him to become even more ruthless than he ever was and start killing the good people around him.

Barry showed signs of wanting to be a good guy. He asked, IIRC, Chris to get out of the car, begged Moss not arrest him. He was exposed to both. Survival took front seat, he killed them both.

Yep. That scene in the car is one of the best scenes of the show.

I have it on record in case I forget. Henry Winkler finally won a Emmy for his portrayal of Gene Cousineau.

Watched the first episode of Barry . . . man! Great stuff!

NoHo Hank goes Bad Ass . . . well as bad ass as he can.

I loved it. And I knew once NoHo Hank went all badass that there was going to be something that would immediate discount it

Might be premature but Season 2 is shaping up to be as good as season 1.

She about killed Barry, and took off part of Fuches face! It was classic how Barry's issues resolved themselves in the end. Did you watch them talking after the episode about how they did the scene where the little girl climbed the tree and jumped on top of the house?

Normally prefer NoHo Hank to have big role in episode, but I enjoyed this one.
