Which is even more reason for Kraft's lawyers to advise him not to plead. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know

That's a mistake that can be corrected.
My understanding is they have Kraft on tape participating in a sex act, manual or oral. How do you dispute that?
Solange was on tape kicking JayZ. Rice was taped abusing his mate. There was no defense for those acts.
My suspense is, how are Kraft's lawyers going to debunk a video tape? They must have a strategy. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Report: Offer made to drop charges against Kraft
ESPN
Prosecutors have offered New England Patriots owner and several other men a deal where charges would be dropped for soliciting prostitution, a source told the Wall Street Journal on Tuesday.
But there is a catch: Kraft and the other men would have to admit they would have been proven guilty at trial after they review the evidence, the paper reported.
Attorneys for Kraft, when asked about the report Tuesday by ESPN's T.J. Quinn, declined to comment. |

I read that earlier....I find it strange to drop charges if the person admits they would be found guilty if it went to trial. |

Yeah, something doesn't track here. "Admit you're guilty and we will drop all the charges without any other concessions" . . . hmmmmm?
EDIT: This makes more sense
It's a plea deal, not simply dropping the charges:
Kraft's proposed penance includes ... completing a course about prostitution and 100 hours of community service. He would also have to submit to an STD test. Yeesh.
There's more ... Kraft would also have to state that if the case were to go to trial, he would be found guilty.
We're told the deal is not specific to Kraft -- other men busted in the prostitution sting have received the same offer.
The issue for Kraft ... he's already pled not guilty, and there doesn't seem to be any upside in the offer from prosecutors -- so it would be shocking if he accepted this deal, or anything close to it. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know

Yep. And with no upside for Kraft. Not to mix metaphors, but who's going to fold first? _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know

Lawyers making money. Have the names of any other prominent gentlemen been mentioned? Only scar I see is to Kraft's image and that's really not a scar because it says at his age still has the desire and ability. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

No reason for him to plead guilty. His lawyers can beat the charges and he also avoids getting penalized by the NFL. |

Kraft files motion to suppress evidence
Quote: | Attorneys for New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft filed a motion Wednesday to suppress evidence -- notably the video evidence -- in his solicitation of prostitution case, according to a source.
The motion is an effort to make sure that the surveillance video, described as graphic and damning, isn't released if he doesn't reach a plea deal with prosecutors. It also is a warning shot to prosecutors that Kraft's legal team will try to go after the state's case by saying there was no probable cause to collect the evidence in the first place. |

Oh theres no doubt Kraft tried to get a rub and tug.
Or was it more than that?

I would say that is a major reach.
He basically is guilty of solicitation, the human trafficking angle has proven to pretty much be nonsense in this case. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

It was reported the women who Kraft interacted with were not victims of human trafficking. He may have been unaware of that segment of the business. LINK Quote: | But it appears Kraft was caught on camera getting services from two women who are not victims of human trafficking: the 45-year-old manager of the spa, Lei Wang, and 58-year-old spa employee Shen Mingbi, also believed to be an operator of the business — both licensed masseuses and Florida residents. |
