Looked at the remaining games and if they are in a playoff push mode I think they can finish 16-8 if Ball comes back and assuming no more injuries to key players. I think 16-8 should get them in.

Clippers 2 wins
Memphis 1 win
Chicago 1 win
Phoenix 1 win
Sacramento 1 win (home game)
Boston 1 win (home game)
New York 1 win
Charlotte 1 win (home game)
Brooklyn 1 win (home game)

Utah 1 loss (road game) / 1 win (home game)

I counted at least 16 games that they could potentially win. Hopefully I'm right and they make the playoffs.

I'll make it easy.
if we get into the playoffs it means we're actually ready to beat someone in the playoffs. If we can't win enough games down the stretch to get in. it proves we're not ready. which is a perfect situation to be in. The worse thing to do is get into the playoffs because you beat up on a bunch of bad teams to pad your record and you lost to anyone that mattered. so the first time you see a decent team you get swept like you never should've been there. Thats worse than not going. because you can build that "we wont ever win" mentality even in the playoffs. just getting there is not enough. you have to show some fight once there.i dont care if we play the warriors. you better win a game. no excuses. |

Case in point the loss to the Pelicans tonight. To make the playoffs they need Ball out there for his defense. |
