Media roasts Stephen A. Smith for his Dwayne Haskins take

Quote:
When discussing Dwayne Haskins as an NFL prospect, Smith missed the mark on his analysis by a mile. Smith described Haskins, who threw for over 4,800 yards and and rushed for 108 in 2018, as "more of a runner than a thrower." Anyone who covers college football knew that was simply not true, and most of those people took to Twitter to crush Smith for his comments.

anyone that has ever watched a single quarter of Haskins knows he is not a great athlete, but is known for his pro level arm. Smith even later doubled down that he did not care about stats, it is about the "eye test"! This kid threw for almost 5,000 yards while barley rushing for 100 yards over the season.

I remember people called him out on his LA Chargers analysis a couple months ago.

Hmm, I wonder why he just assumed the black QB is more of a runner than a thrower...

I think the only college game Stephen A and Max watched all season was the title game.
