And 3's.

Playing defense was worth more than both

Awesome game! Feels nice to beat Portland again.

Season series: AT LEAST a tie now!

And the Blazers have to play the last game of this series in LA. Later, when the Lakers are going to be just that much better yet, barring injuries of course.

Will be real nice to have the season head to head advantage come April.

It's 2-1 Lakers. We've already played them three times.

If the season ended today we'd face the Blazers in the first round.

I'd like our chances.

Their record is a bit deceiving as most of their games so far have been at home, they're a good team but not necessarily that hyped, despite their record.

Sarcasm, the road trip features a 7-8, 6-8, and 2-12 team

They were cheering the whole 4th quarter. Heard it loud and clear on Spectrum. Does ESPN mute the sound or are you watching some busted stream?

I'd prefer Lebron not die by March.

We want him somewhat fresh in the playoffs.

Great win but Luke needs to tigthen up his rotations. BI sat for around 10 mins and Lonzo sat for around 7 mins before they came back in the 4th. WTH? its not like rondo and lance were playing great during that stretch.

Beats the blazers twice.

The bench extends the lead.

We win convincingly.

Free throws, 3pt percentage and team defense is starting to come about and tightening the line up is all you have to say?

It was a great win. Lebron played his butt off. Our bench did their thing. The best overall team defense I’ve seen all year. The coaching staff adjusted very well at the half.

Why can’t people just enjoy the win without having to reach for anything they can pin on Luke.

I knew you’d come to their defense lmao

But stop it please. This building is never loud even when they have a reason to be.

Looking at the box score, the Lakers had a slight edge in every category except blocked shots.

Out shot them, better 3 shooting, outrebounded the Blazers by 1, 1 more assist, 1 less turnover, 3 more steals, and after a bad first quarter we outscored them in the second, third and fourth quarters!

WOOT!!

I'm not stopping one damn thing. I let it go the first time you posted but when it came up again less than a page later.... A - I can hear, B - I know what it's like in Staples.

I'm sorry that not all fans get to to experience games live I wish we all could, it's an amazing experience. That said you are beyond extra with how quiet you think Staples is....

Yup. One game left in this series, and I think the Lakers are going to clobber the Blazers in that second Staples matchup.

Other than Kobe’s final game, I have never seen a team defer to 1 player this much in a game. It’s actually disgusting. Mix that with his excessive crying for free throws and all the instant replays - yeah I’m good.

Well I guess our young guys can develop in 4 years.

Haven't the last 5 years of lottery teams full of developing young guys been enough?

Staples wasn’t that loud. The casual crowd is still in that “we want Kobe” phase.

We probably won’t have a game even close to as loud as Kobe’s last game until Lebron goes off in the Finals or WCF against the Warriors at Staples.

It’s unfair but the truth.

I don't think there's a team in the league that can hang with the Lakers' shooting right now.
