Caruso is capable, he's just not a star hence he's a two-way guy and will likely be a third stringer throughout his career.
Zu... I want to believe... we'll see... |

No one can shoot and no one can make FT.
These aren't fixable things.
Getting blown out against garbage like the Clippers that are as much in pre season as we do, does tell us somethings. Especially after seeing what happened in the previous games.
This might end up being a very frustrating season. |
Lebron James is the best player in the NBA. |
Yeah, he’s going to eat up 30% of the shots and FTs...his and Lonzos presence is going to help guys get open shots. KCP, BI and KUZ are going to have to a good job of converting decent looks though. |
True. Maybe asking a lot from this group of streak shooters. _________________ Under New Management |

Disappointing performance. The young core are underwhelming. |

In what way does he have to play that much? Cause of his weird line ups? We have the perfect team to make him rest and be fresh. |

Other than the passed buzzer beater I've been impressed with Bonga so far in PS

The perfect team, that can't shoot and still can't make fts. |

If Zubac is our backup C, we’re in for a long season. |

Seriously, Zu doesn't have the basketball smarts and IQ to make it. Caruso just lacks talent to be a back up guard. Both G league at best. _________________ Let's Go Lakers!!! |

To keep things in perspective, Lebron (and Lonzo) didn't play tonight. When you're missing your franchise player it's pretty likely you'll have a bad game like this.
Also, the Celtics lost tonight. To Cleveland. For the second time this preseason. They also shot really badly. _________________ Lakers 49ers Chargers Dodgers |

On the fact that we have no centers, so might as well. |

Outside of the centers (Dwight, Javale, Plumlee. Gortat, etc) I cant think of many guards or wings who shoot worse than what the Lakers have.
Even scrub teams like the Kings or Knicks aren’t this bad man, smh. |

It's not about winning in preseason. You can see that they don't have any flow and sets. Incapable of playing consistent basketball. _________________ Let's Go Lakers!!! |

When Lebron and/or Rondo have been on the floor there has been at least some flow. We looked OK in the first half, we just weren't making as many shots as you'd expect. _________________ Lakers 49ers Chargers Dodgers |

I hope you are correct. I’m starting to get that sinking feeling that with respect to shooting, the 2nd half last season was the aberration and not the 1st half.
There will be more pressure on these guys to take and make the 3s this season.
The shooting from any distance was beyond bad tonight.
