Picking up on a possible trade of Zu to move up just a little bit in the 2nd round, it looks like the Denver pick will be 45th, give or take 1 spot. Say somebody that we liked, perhaps a Jevon Carter or Allonzo Trier, was still there at #40 or so. Maybe a team would take Zu and some cash (if we don't feel that we'll need to use all of the $5.2MM we have available in a Deng deal) for that pick. You never know. |

With the addition of Paul George, the chip will be in LA next year. _________________

BS Getald Green and Quinn Cook were sitting in g league both 10x better than Caruso, Ennis and GPII |
i thought Gerald Green was setting on his couch? |

should add Zu and possibly TB to that list. |
right now, I am out on Ennis, Caruso and Zubac.....would rather use roster spots on other guys....hope they prove me wrong some day |
That's kind of where I am, and I'd think the Lakers are probably willing to attach Zu to any Deng deal. Or maybe to move up ever-so-slightly in the 2nd round this year, if a team would take him and the Denver pick. It also saves just a little bit of cap space (less than a million). |
maybe I misunderstand....but why give up Denver pick since it's not guranteed and Zubac is not either? Would it not be better to just waive Zu and keep pick? |
I think my last post clarified what I meant, but I'd do it to possibly move up in the 2nd round, if we liked someone enough. If Zu has value to even move up a couple of picks in the 2nd, if there's someone there we like, might as well do it. |

Maybe the Uncle Drew look is how he gets defenses to subconsciously relax. |

FYI: The Warriors signed Quinn Cook to a two-year contract and cut Casspi. |

Welp. Feel good about A. Ingram lighting up the Rockets.
That's called making the most of a once in a lifetime opportunity. |

You know.. under the radar this guy has been a sniper in the G-league from three.
56% last year from three apparently, and 48% this year. The guy is a shooter.. I don't understand how no other NBA team wanted to give a shooter like that a chance. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:
