Zo's effort is the only bright spot of the game... I'm really pissed and gutted but if I think about his growth it brings me some comfort.

Brook played well too... but Zo's gonna be amazing next year.

Jokic doesn't have a loud dad and he plays in a small market. Lonzo is talked about more than just about any player in history.

I love how you're rightfully shining on Jokic but crapping on Lonzo and not seeing the hypocrisy.

No Free throws in the 4th was pretty brutal. Our foul trouble and shot selection was not good.

Aren't you wishing for some 21 year old kid to suffer a career-ending injury because he hurt your feelings on a basketball court?

Pretty low pedestal to be shouting from.

Kuz was the only starter with a positive +/- rest of them were deep negative. Lonzo -14, Lopez -18 and KCP -16. Randle had a modest -6. Kuz played 39 minutes. Which means that in the 9 minutes he didn’t play they went -10. Solid.

This.

Thing is we have playoff physical ability... we have lottery mental fortitude.

I dont feel as bad since they're young.
If they're like this in 2019, then I'd be more upset.

Yep. We started like a bunch of rookies. After January, and at full strength, this is a playoff quality team. We just dug way too big a hole in December, which is to be expected with a bunch of rookies. Also, rookies spend a lot of time injured. Now, we're getting losses on a depleted roster. Full strength this team is a problem for any team. Need to get a summer of core conditioning and strength building in.

Like Wall came in with that fire for Lonzo and left with the L? Lonzo plays for the team not personal battles.

Jokic needs to be better on defence to anchor the team if he ever wants to do anything besides put up a ton of triple-doubles. He's a porous defender that got schooled by Lopez in the post tonight. Centers cannot be hidden on defence. It is essential they are adequate.

Jokic is a stud on offense. You're not winning anything with him being your best player with that defense.

Lonzo wasn’t perfect tonight and had a few bad moments at the end, but he also had a ton of brilliant plays and was hustling. What started our downfall was that foul that Plumee GAVE against him that wasn’t called.

IT was bad almost all game and Randle must have had money on Denver, because tonight was the worst I’ve seen him play in terms of hustle and IQ since the start of the year. He keeps playing like he has the last two games we might be hoping that someone offers his a bunch of money in RFA and let him walk. I know the apologists will point to his line tonight, but he lost us the game.

In his defense, he really got schooled by Millsap, I thought. Millsap has alot of sneaky veteran tricks. Randle did make mistakes with his aggressiveness and he does need to realize when a player like Millsap is baiting him. But it does happen to the best of them sometimes. Randle should not be a go to go guy down the stretch one on one imo, its just the Lakers dont have a whole bunch of playmakers. Tis is why we need George, or LBJ, or even just Ingram back.

I can hope for Murray to be turned into a paraplegic and still have infinitely better basketball takes than you.

But you had a good take on Jokic, and your ongoing blind spot on Ball vis-a-vis Jokic stylistically entertains me like the thought of Murray retiring from basketball to become a K-Pop star.

Jokic puts up good numbers but a team is never winning a championship if he’s their best player. And let’s be honest if the Nuggets somehow manage to make the playoffs they’re getting swept. They can thank the refs and Walton’s lack of any coherent game plan for this one.

3rd straight game where their decision making in the 4th left much to be desired. Really hope Ingram comes back very soon.
