Literally everyone on the team had a good game. Great win, obviously not going to get too excited since the Mavs essentially announced their tanking plans but Lakers still came in and took care of business and that's all you can ask |

Not where to put this but anyway unbiased opinion. Would you rather take over the lakers team right now or the sixers. |

And crazy thing is that at age 20, he is already averaging the same ppg that AK47 had in his best year at 16 ppg. He is just starting to scratch the surface of what he will be once he's in his prime. |

Sixers in a better position right now but Lakers finally seem to have a plan in regards to style and players they want. Jeanie said as mush on 710 the other day. |

I hope I never have to see another Josh Hart - Fisher comparison.
Hart will end up being twice, three times the player Fisher was. Accolades wise, that's up to whether we can find our Kobe. |

This looked so much better than the last effort against Dallas. Beat them silly and shut them down in the first half. Defense let up a bit in the third quarter, but we closed it out.
Randle - Triple Double
Ingram - looking real legitimate on both ends tonight
Ball - welcome back! Sneaky 9/7/6 in 17 minutes
Hart - yet another game, yet another double double
Kuzma - cold start hot finish
Zubac - 14 points, 6 rebounds in 18 minutes
Good games by IT and KCP as well!
Good to see this team get back on it's feet.
Now bring it against Sac tomorrow! |

Yeah, Hart has Fisher-esque intangibles but is so much more physically and athletically. |

Hart is more Danny Green that can handle the ball and drive a bit than Fisher IMO. |

Lakers are taking care of home court...that’s an important step for a young team. Next step is to get consistent effort on the road. |

Hart is like a combo of Derek Fisher and Rick Fox. Not great, but good athlete, good all-around fundamentals, smart, tough player.
We got a good one here. |

Anyone else notice Thomas throwing young guys under the bus in interviews? That’s the second time he blamed them for defense when it’s so obvious that he’s the issue |

Looks like a pattern with IT. 5 teams in 7 years is not a coincidence |

"Mr. Agent Man, how can I get that Brinks truck delivered to my house this season?"
"Easy, Isaiah. Just talk sh*t about the team you're on and how you're so much better than everybody else"
"Hasn't worked in Sac, Phoenix, or Cleveland... "
"Fourth time's the charm. Trust me."

After today's win
Lakers #11 in the West, 5.5 games behind #10 Utah who are 30-29. 8 games behind the #8 Pels (32-26)
Lakers: 24-34, .414 with 24 games left
If the Lakers finish the final 24 games at the same .414 rate, we'd win 9.936 more games for a final wins record of about 34. I'd guess we'll do at least a little better than that
FWIW wrt Lottery Balls: there are now 9 teams with a worse record then us, meaning we're also 10th from the bottom. _________________ LBJ + AD = More rings

All he said was that they didn't like to talk on the floor... Is it so hard to believe that Ingram, Randle, Zo... aren't too vocal? He said he wasn't happy about his play at the beginning of the interview so I don't see how that's blaming his team. |

RECAP:
Randle stars, Ball returns in Lakers' 124-102 win over Mavs
Quote: | The attention was supposed to be about the return of rookie Lonzo Ball. Apparently Julius Randle had his own ideas.
Randle had 18 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists to overshadow Ball's triumphant return to the lineup, and the Los Angeles Lakers beat the Dallas Mavericks 124-102 on Friday night.
It was Randle's second triple-double this season and No. 5 for his career. |

So many IT haters lol, the guy just calls it how it is that's his personality.
Certainly think his voice should have more weight in our locker room than the Cavs, this guy was second team all-NBA and played in the ECF last year, as well as doing it as one of the shortest guys in the league. Our young guys can do worse than to listen to IT around how to prove themselves in the league. |

Unbelievable how this kid just improves every month. |
I agree, I remember last year all these sissy boys whining about his shooting.
The guy is just scratching the surface of what he could become and he is already very impressive for a 20 year old or whatever he is. |
Out of all our young guys he's the one that I think will certainly be a star, and a winning player long as he stays healthy.
I'm most impressed by his mentality, a 20 year old with old school toughness |
Randle is a 3 ball away from becoming a star. BI will be a star possibly as early as next season. _________________ Coach Vogel, Kidd, Hollins

The sixers have one star already in Embiid buf the Lakers have what may be transcendent talent accross the board in Randle Ingram and Lonzo. Then you throw in two guys like Kuzma whos a future allstar and Hart who possibly coukd be an allstar. I rather be the lakers. _________________ Coach Vogel, Kidd, Hollins
