Kuzma gets 28, leads Lakers past rival Celtics 108-107
Quote:
Kyle Kuzma scored 17 of his 28 points in a phenomenal fourth quarter, and the surging Los Angeles Lakers sent the Boston Celtics to their fourth consecutive loss, 108-107 Tuesday night.
The free throws have to be mental. If you practice enough and have normal coordination muscle memory makes the shots for you. This is where coaching has to find a way to get these guys to relax at the line.
When Ball was having 7/9/4 games it was the end of the world, he was a bust, we should’ve taken DSJ or Fox, etc etc
But Ingram does it and it’s sll excuses. I’m telling you, this guy is not the Durant 2.0 were hoping for. No passion, not self motivated.
I wont go that far - he didnt look right and frankly has not to me since he came back from injury. But let's not forget that nice block on kyrie, and that he was a willing passer...albeit, his ball handling DOES scare me a bit.
Brandon is hurt...he has no lift and can't cut laterally...shouldn't be playing right now. _________________ "If You're Afraid To Fail...Then You're Probably Going To Fail."

When Kuzma is on, he's gonna be unstoppable. Like Durant and Dirk, his jumper can't really be contested. It's either they will make or miss. You can't really alter their shots. So when Kuzma has a good shooting night like tonight, the Lakers will be tough to beat.

This team is showing promise, depth, it needs leadership. I like Luke but I think he's out of his league. A team this young needs a coach with more coaching experience. They seem to be playing without a plan. The offense looks helta skelta at times. Luke looks lost sometimes.
I think we'd have more wins if we had a more experienced coach. One who could manage closing. We almost lost last night because the team couldn't close.
His stint in GS was great because of the roster. Kerr was fortunate because the roster he inherited.
IMO rebuilding with a first year coach is a mistake.
Side Note: Last nights game had more in the Lounge than I've seen for quite some time. It was loaded, couldn't just post. Kept getting unable to reach site or something like that. We overloaded the server after the game. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Just another one of those days at work last night where it was hectic and I was just running on low energy.
Once I saw that ESPN ticker with the headline of “the Lakers beat the Celtics” (of course after all the Lebron 30k talk) it was a huge boost of adrenaline that coursed through my purple and gold veins!!
Sure it was ugly in the end from what I’ve seen on Chachooka’s YouTube vid but we will take it! Plus no Lonzo, BI still recovering from a bad ankle, and KUZMA dropping 28 on them green bastards with a broken finger!
Great win!!! Also glad it was done while we were wearing our classic Home Gold Uniforms while they were wearing their classic Road Green!!
