Jay Wright. I saw enough in the tourney ... he's the guy.

***

Luke was a great choice!

Honestly, anyone not stuck in the 80's would be a freaking improvement at this point.

That was the look of a man who was thinking to himself "that's right MF'ers, that was my play call, what's up?"

I think you're right, but I didn't think there was any way that Brad Stevens would leave, either. Although 'Nova is more high-profile in college than Butler is. Anyhow, yeah, probably very unlikely that he would leave college. He's a star in college basketball, especially now. He can be Tom Izzo for the rest of his career if he wants to be.

Kinda looked like he was trying to swallow the vomit in his mouth before someone touched him. "Holy (bleep), it went in ... (gulp)"

Holy (bleep). That was amazing. That's the type of coach mentality that last in LA.

Best dressed coach by far. Pat Riley would be pleased.

The bigger issue is that I have no hope that the Lakers would even look into making a progressive move like that. They'll be rummaging through the NBA's junk drawer again, subjecting us to months of interviews only to hire another retread. Meanwhile Ainge has adjusted to the modern NBA and they've now surpassed us in their rebuild. This franchise has become blockbuster, sadly.

If I don't see names like Ollie, Wright, Atkinson, Blatt, Some of the Spurs coaches on the interview list. Forget about this ownership group or FO.

He is a Philly east coast guy. He was a hot name about 5 years ago, kind of fell off, now he is back. I think he stays and rides this wave for a few more years. If I had to guess, he could be coaching the Sixers a few years down the road.

Next Head Coach should be whoever Mr. Durant wants to coach the Lakers. Period.

Seems like he's a loyal guy and will stay but other than a bench reaction and being best dressed, is there a reason that you people want him?

What are his beliefs? Coaching Style?

I didn't watch the game so help me out here

Said fans in 2012 about Mike Brown and fans in 2014 about Mike D'Antoni. It was a smart tactic by Wright to have the point bring it up the court and then hand it off to Jenkins with about a couple seconds left to launch the game winner, because the attention was focused on Arcidiacono. That being said however, clarification on his philosophies would be much appreciated.

Durant turning into LeGM would be disastrous for the organization.
