PostPosted: Sat Jul 13, 2013 7:55 pm    Post subject: Lakers 2013 Summer League Schedule?

I find postings with our roster, but I can't find any with the schedule.

I thought for a minute I found it, but then I realized it was a topic about the 2012 schedule.

Is it posted here and I am missing it?

If it is can someone tell me where?

If it is not, can someone post it in this topic?

Thanks.

Thanks Mike.

Here's the first round Lakers summer league schedule:

Friday, July 12 - lost to Cleveland

Sunday, July 14 - vs. Portland (3:30 pm)

Monday, July 15 - vs. Clippers (5:00 pm)

After that, the games appear to all be seeded, so the rest of the schedule will depend on who wins and who loses in the first round.

OK, the Lakers got the #8 seed in the Las Vegas summer league tournament.

So their next summer league game is on Thursday, July 18 vs #9 seed Milwaukee Bucks at 1:30 pm (PT). This is game 41.

If they loose to the Bucks, then they play the loser of game 40 (Cavs vs. Spurs) on Friday at 5 pm.

If they beat the Bucks, then they will play the winner of game 47 (Warriors vs. Mavs) on Saturday at 7 pm.

And then we have to wait until those games are played to find out who they play next at what time on what day.

Exactly why I stayed in Vegas for only the definitive games.

Since the Lakers beat the Bucks in game 41, they will now play the winner of game 47 (Warriors vs. Mavs) on Saturday at 7 pm.

Warriors vs. Mavs is played Thursday night at 7:30 PT if you want to see which team they will play on Saturday.

Warriors beat the Mavs, so the Lakers will play the Warriors on Saturday at 7 pm.

Need to watch out for Kent Bazemore. Apply full court press.

saw an interview with Bazemore after thier game with the Mavs.He said , and I quote "As the leader of this team" which sounded so strange to me at a summer league game.

Well, we made it to the quarter finals, but the Warriors won the game and go on to the semifinals.

At this point it was win or go home, so the Lakers play no more summer league games this year.

Th-th-th-that's all folks!
