James is bricking

Shaq will help Boston, at least in the half court. Question is, if he can hold up. Rondo doing the setup stuff is smart.

Let the games be played, I'm hyped.

Along with his first basket of his Miami Heat tenure, we also saw Lebron's first post up of his career.

I expect Miami to start the season slow and end up strong. I expect the opposite for the Celtics.

Mike Miller is a big loss for the Heat. They are very weak at PG and C.

He's a black hole. I don't know why the Celtics are fronting him. Just let him have the ball in the midrange and let him shoot. He can't do anything else, and he's not even great at that. His other way to score will be on offensive rebounds and rolls on pick and rolls, but that can be contained with hustle and team defense.

For how terrible they played, I think Miami is lucky they're only down 15. If the Celtics did a little better job on TO's, this could easily be a 25-30 point lead at this point.

It's only the first game of the season. Boston always comes out strong and fades at all star break. Miami will start slow and end strong.
