Just checked Kobe's shot chart. He was 8-16 from outside the paint and 5-16 from inside the paint. Don't tell me he didn't get fouled on at least a couple of those 11 misses?
Aww, come on now man....tonight's game really isn't the time to say Kobe, or your team, didn't get enough foul calls. Kobe took more FT's than our entire team.......
I'm not saying for the rest of the team. I think that generally speaking some doubtful calls went our way. All I know is that had that been the league's golden boy triplets of Paul, Wade or LeBron they'd get to the line 12213219312 times. But it is what it is, all I'm saying is that a couple more calls his way would've been nice, but I guess he burned those bridges with his whining and the T in the 1st half.
this team is going to be tired for tomorrow's game against the spurs. i expect a loss. but im glad we're guarenteed to get 1 win on this trip _________________ Dominating every day.

I just can't understand why the Lakers shoot so many dang jumpers.
It seems they are more confident in their outside jumper rather than taking the ball to the cup for a higher percentage shot.
I mean Kobe shooting that three right in Shane's grill was super clutch but still it was relying on the outside shot when we were only down by 1 point.
I would like to see the Lakers increase their points in the paint by like 25 ppg.
Who was it that said in a thread yesterday "Don't worry, Von Wafer will win it for you".
I was about to blame a Laker loss on that guy.
I believe I said something brilliant like this:

I would love it if they would put Von Wafer on Kobe. Not only would Kobe eat his lunch but he would tire him out too much to hit those threes against us.

haha i thought that would get bleeped... talk about caught up in the moment and i was getting calls from my houston friends saying they had it won when battier hit his 3 then kobe so i basically typed what i yelled to them
Pau and Bynum should slap themseleves after that performance. If it wasnt for Lamar and Powel playing solid games of the bench, the Lakers would have lost 2nte

And Ariza, almost 100% fg%.
Bynum seemed not be able to use his strength to get a low post position, therefore midrange jumpers and less rebounds.
My "goodbye" post to Von after he got cut heading into the 2007 season. In it, I describe one of my favorite Wafer memories, which I've excerpted.
Last season, the Laker got blown out 105-79 by the Pacers on the road. And with about 7 seconds left, both team's scrubs were in. Pacers PG Eddie Gill, simply trying to avoid a shot clock violation, went in for a meaningless lay up. Suddenly, out of nowhere, Von comes streaking in, fouling the crap out of Gill while yelling, "Get that %@^& out of here!" so loudly, I heard it while watching on the KCAL telecast. Gill takes his free throws. Lakers inbound and Wafer gets the ball. Most players will simply run the clock down when trailing by 26. Not Von. Our boy sprints up court, parks himself behind the arc, fires a trey...and misses.
I can't even tell you people how angry I was that I accidentally erased the game recording while trying to store it in my TiVo's "Keep until I delete" section.
